I have been using 3M window weld after of applying a coat of 3M glass primer. Then I release the top at the header and prop it up. I hold the repaired area together with strong magnets and steel walk away and let it dry a day.

My guess is that it has something to do with the seat belt and center counsel .

Remove the seats and look for the original build sheet. They are often stuck under the back seat in the springs.

You might want to try Auto Custom Leathers. I believe they have the patterns on their cad machine.
