I hope that the previous forum posts, whether how to do or just general posts, are put back on line. The amount of information available was phenomenal. For example finishing the edge of a rug if you searched that topic it would return multiple posts. The combination was a complete "how to finish a rug edge" guide. This is what the industry needs. Formal training is far and few between! I have not seen a new book on Uphostery in forever. The Hog Ring is the best vehicle for ongoing skill development. All the posts from the archive form a library of upholstery industry knowledge. Let's all do what we can to contribute and reap the benefits. For me it is the inspiration to keep pushing myself. Using the rug edge example, I sat down at the machine and experimented. I am looking forward to up and coming posts..
