I'm thinking of moving up to a Binks adhesive spray gun system for auto upholstery use. Any suggestion on a model # and any advise would be appreciated. Thanx...

I just use a cheapo from the supply distributors for 30-40$, some people get their guns from harbor freight.. they all work fine unless youre doing something super precise or use a gluepot.. no reason to buy something expensive when they get ruined pretty quickly with glue or falling over IMO

I have had a Binks 2-gallon pressure pot for over 30 years. Love it! I can let it set for two weeks with no problems of drying up. Very seldom do I have to take the gun apart to clean. The tip I clean frequently just to keep buildup off the tip for a good spray pattern. I change the pot liner every time I fill it and shake it every morning when I plug air to it to keep the glue mixed up. I have had to clean the regulators a couple time over the years but only due to tipping it over in transport. I can set the gun down anywhere in a vehicle and not worry about it tipping over or spilling in any way. I can spray any direction even under dashes with no problem. It has been one of the best investments I have made.
