Not sure it would be up to a big building like you have- but I love the costco LED strips & replacement LED tubes.
I had 4 4' strip lights in my 25x25 garage/shop, they would always eat the fluorescent bulbs... usually about a year was the max i'd get out of a bulb. Was pretty expensive so i never added any more fixtures. Then I changed over to the costco retrofit LED bulbs- and wow what a difference. Super bright, Instant on, no hum, no cold weather flicker, and already been more than a year without eating any bulbs.
I picked up 4 more of their 4' LED strip light fixtures from the same MFG and put them up on a different switch.
I love it- its like working in an operating room now.

I'm going to buy a couple more and put up in my attic soon.

I did a set of the TMI covers for a customer with a 1970 mach 1 a couple years back.
They turned out real nice.
The original covers actually were not a comfort weave, but a dielectric stamping and the reproduction covers were a spot on match.

I will say I am not a fan of the TMI Repop buns though... Very very stiff.
