Summary

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at NC Carpet Binding & Equipment. General sewing knowledge, sewing industry knowledge, and sewing machine part expertise is a must. In this role, you will learn the business and will be tasked with operational oversight, purchasing, parts & machine inspection approvals, etc. Your leadership will be vital in driving operational excellence and maintaining our commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

- Purchasing, product approvals
- Overall operational management. This will be shared.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize workflows.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements
- Industrial sewing machine knowledge
- Experience with sewing supply vendors, parts, & machines.
- Strong knowledge of sewing machines and related technologies.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments.
